The Yacht Hotel by DC has free bikes, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Ha Long. Staff service was 1st class. Very Informative , Knowledgeable, when asked about aminities , eg restaurants, sightseeing etc. Ms Minh booked the HLB cruise for us. We had an unfortunate Incident. My friend lost his hp.the reception staff helped to call the cruise, taxi driver who dropped us etc. They were so sincere/caring to locate the hp. Very nice hotel , I liked it so much due to the service.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Big room with all facilities. The swimming pool is freezing but very big and with great views. I stayed here after a day cruise in Halong Bay - the hotel is right across the road from Halong International Cruise Port.

Sunworld is just across the road, entire Sunworld was visible from the hotel room. Price was also reasonable. We had a very nice stay. There are three hotels in the same names adjacent to each other, so got bit confused while arriving.

Hotel Soleil Ha Long, Trademark Collection by Wyndham has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Ha Long. It was clean and rooms were very spacious. We had the King room with 2 bedrooms, bathroom was large, separate cubicles for shower and toilet. It was amazing!

The property was very well maintained. The pool was exceptional and the amenities were great for the whole family. Walking along the seawall in the evening was so lovely and the hotel is right on the water! The staff was so welcoming and very accommodating.
