The room was superb, spacious, clean, with all the comfort it can provide. The bed quality is top notch, and lots of drawers to unpack clothing for long stays. Room facilities are abundant from hair dryer to coffee maker. The bathroom is very aesthetic with two sinks, showers also equipped with a rainfall outlet. The room temperature was great, and the balcony provides sitting area with ocean view and an outdoor bathtub that can be relaxing after a long day. Breakfast menu is great with variety of choices, very suitable for families. The food's high quality for room service is as expected for such high rated resort. But most of all, it is the excellent service from the staff which gives me the best impression, to the point where they are willing to be as helpful as they can be for families with little children.

Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

Hotel JW Marriott Medan smešten je u centru grada i raspolaže smeštajnim jedinicama sa 55-inčnim LED TV-ima. The friendly Personal (Agus, Nilawatk and Didi) and the very friendly mister who created an Indonesian breakfast for me. I feel sorry not to know his name. If we come back to Medan. JW Marriott will again be our choice.

Objekat Olala Bungalows and Restaurant, koji se nalazi u gradu Sabang, na 4 min. Lovely location overlooking the sea with a view of the small island opposite. The rooms are basic, especially the bathroom, but the bed was comfortable, every bungalow has a hammock, and there's air conditioning, which I did not expect here! The best part is the restaurant area, which has a comfy chair swing and other comfortable seating to relax in. The rooms face east, so you can leave your curtains open for a view of the sunrise in the morning. The manager was really sweet and friendly, and the restaurant is excellent with lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. All the assistant staff were super friendly too, always greeting you with a smile. Don't expect a nice swimming beach nearby, and you'll need to rent a scooter or driver to see other sites on the island, like the waterfall and hot springs. It's about 40 minutes by motorbike taxi to the harbour. I rented snorkelling gear from here, and loved the underwater sea life. You can jump in from the jetty in front of the bungalows, and just a short distance offshore you can be surrounded by lots of colourful fish within minutes! Note if you have a bungalow close to the water the waves can be very loud, so bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

The personal trainer was nice and very helpful and informative. Loved the private beach and the animal sanctuary,nice outdoor garden area and the pool. Loved the personal touch in recognition for our 20th anniversary celebration, much appreciated.
