The went the extra mile by providing a maternity pillow to my wife which was such an amazing add on to our trip. Will definitely book in the same hotel for my next London trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite adverse conditions such as arriving late at night and the IT problems that were everywhere at that time. We received an upgrade. Thank you very much for that, we enjoyed it very much! Great fitness centre.
