New hotel, very beautiful, excellent rooms and well cleaned. The breakfast is amazing, with many options from healthy to not healthy, and also had live music during the weekend.

The hotel is new, fantastic 👌 still needs some repair to prevent rain 🌧 to enter in the open area. And the distance to center city is 2,97 Km and not as in the commercial 0,6 Km. Breakfast is medium class, but good 👍

Conveniently located in the heart of Santos, Sheraton Santos Hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach and a few steps from PraiaMar Shopping Mall. Very helpful and well located for the cruise terminal. Breakfast was lovely and lovely to relax by the pool

My suite was comfortable and roomy. I particularly liked the view from the balcony (although, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best). The location was convenient for the reason of my stay, so might not be suitable for everyone, but it's easy and quick to reach central Rio via taxi, and it's quieter and more secluded than staying in Copacabana for instance. The hotel is clean and modern and the guy at reception was very friendly! Also, shoutout to the receptionist who woke me up right on time for my taxi to the airport, you are a hero!

To sum it up, Copacabana Palace was more than just a hotel; it was an experience that left us feeling cared for and cherished. We can't recommend it highly enough and WILL be coming back!!!!
