There was no hot water in one entire section of the hotel and the lady on the front desk did very little to help. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

We were upgraded at no expense due to construction going on. Suite we were moved to was wonderful. Staff was great, restaurant was wonderful. Right on the beach.

Nothing, don't stay here, it's mouldy, damp, no windows in rooms and only 1 exit, a fire hazard waiting to kill you. Can't believe booking.com promotes this hotel. Please don't book here. Honest review January 2025
