This apartment was cozy, comfortable, & had gorgeous views. There was a washing machine & heated floors. Easy parking. Kind owner who was sweet enough to loan us ketchup, but gave us plenty of privacy.

Flatheim ligger i Viksdalen och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen samt gratis cyklar, en trädgård, en egen strand, en terrass och en bar. It was a surprising place. As a Heritage house, it mixes the old wooden houses style, with modern facilities as the bathroom. For the kids it was a really new and fun experience. The location if great, an "oasis" in the middle of the norwegian mountains. The owner was very helpful: as we got late for dinner or restaurants nearby, he explained where we could buy some goods, and let us use by our the kitchen and diningroom.

Due to the rainy summer, all the rivers near us were bubbling white rapids and looked amazing. The goats, sheep, and chickens on the property were really cute. Also, a great sense of privacy and solitude. Friendly hosts!!! A very cozy place to return to after a long hike. Good amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
