This was a lovely and well-kept family-run agroturismo just minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia. The building is new, modern, impeccable, clean, with lovely landscaping and outdoor spaces, gorgeous scenery from our windows. Our breakfast was extensive featuring sweet pastries, ham-cheese paninis, fresh juice, yogurt, toast with olive oil, as well as eggs and espresso to order. The owners were friendly and attentive - even though they didn't speak English and we unfortunately didn't speak almost any Italian, they were patient to communicate via Google Translate and simple words and gestures to ensure all our needs were met. The rooms contained a bed, plain chair, small fridge, fully equipped bathroom (with good plumbing! the best for all our stays in Italy!) and plenty of wardrobe space. Because these are rooms rather than apartments, they do not contain an in-room seating area nor kitchenette. The restaurant is typically only open June - September (presumably when the garden is in full swing), but we were fortunate to enjoy a lovely multi-course traditional Italian Sunday lunch alongside a large family celebrating a confirmation that was delicious. Even though you're close to town, you're in the country, so it's very quiet at night, mainly just the night birds. :) Nearby tips - While in the area, we particularly enjoyed the Medieval City walk in CDP as well as dinner at Osteria del Mare già Vòtapentole (our best dinner of our whole Tuscany trip - delicious seafood!), as well as a trip to the National Maremma Park (we only did the beach but it would've been lovely to rent bikes and explore even more of the trails, too), and the Etruscan ruins by Roselle. (Save yourself some headache driving around CDP looking for parking amidst the maze of 1-way and ZTL zones in this small town by heading straight to the large lot by the water/harbor on Via Ponte Giorgini.)

Agriturismo La Vista - Adults Only asub Fonteblandas, kõigest 1,9 km kaugusel Baia Di Talamore"ist. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade merele. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. We really enjoyed our stay in Fonteblonda. The room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great.

Podere Maremma Spa & Ristorante asub Orbetellos, 38 km kaugusel Cascate del Mulino kuumaveeallikatest. Kohapeal on tervisekeskuse paketiga majutusruumid, jõusaal ja aurusaun. The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!

Agriturismo Poderedodici asub Orbetellos, kõigest 43 km kaugusel Cascate del Mulino kuumaveeallikatest. Kohapeal on aed, grillimisvahendid ja täispäevane valve. The building is in a beautiful place in the Maremma countryside. The location is perfect for reaching almost all surrounding beaches by car or even (for some of them) by bicycle. At the same time, the place is tranquil and relaxing, far from the noise of crowdy places like Orbetello. Moreover, in the evening, the temperature always cools down, allowing you to sleep with open windows and without AC to enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The owners and the staff are lovely. Barbara and Benedetta will welcome you every morning for breakfast with a smile and a massive variety of handmade cackes, cookies, and local products (chees, ham, fruit, etc.). They are always very friendly, helping customers find and place reservations for local restaurants or attractions. Andrea takes care of the facility and is always ready to solve any problem. If you have an electric car, they also installed a new power plug where you can recharge your vehicle. If you plan to visit the area, it is definitely a top location.

Aiavaatega Agriturismo Sweet Cottage pakub majutust koos hooajalise välibasseini, aia ja baariga. Marina di Grosseto rand on umbes 2,7 km kaugusel. The place is beautiful, quiet and very clean, close to the beach and Parco della Maremma. The food is really homemade and delicious too.

Aiavaatega Agriturismo Fontetrilla asub Maremma piirkondlikust pargist umbes 22 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, aed ja grillimisvahendid. It was a wonderful stay :) Roberto and Alessandra offered us a warm welcome and ample hospitality in their beautiful farmhouse! For anyone who wants the true agritourismo experience that's definately the place. The farm is located near San Donato village in the Marema area in southern Tuscany, where you can visit the namesake natural park and beautiful beaches. The breakfast was superb with fresh milk from the cows, tasty eggs, butter, prosciuto and italian pastries brought every day to our door by Roberto. Definately recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice and cosy stay in the beautiful Tuscan countryside! :)
