Property is located just outside Vasto, between the town and the sea about 15 mins walk uphill to the town or downhill to the sea. For us, the location was perfect.

The breakfast was superb, with every guest group individually served a banquet breakfast at their table. There is also a restaurant on site, serving local foods of the utmost quality. The staff were wonderful, and our stay was like being part of a big family. The views are spectacular, both day and night - from the ocean to the mountains. There is even a pool onsite. This place is value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

The owner was extremely accommodating, we arrived at midnight and he waited for us. The agriturismo was exceptionally clean, beautiful surroundings and the breakfast was all homemade.

Mäevaatega Agriturismo Tenuta Umberto I pakub aia, grillimisvõimaluse ja ühise puhkeruumiga majutust Majella rahvuspargist umbes 38 km kaugusel. the location was great. beautiful view, quiet, little town to shop. the space was large and designed well. it was very comfortable. bathroom had a lot of space in shower, around sink, easy to organize and use facilities. every room was large and well laid out with nice views from windows which opened with screens. it was hot, but AC was functional and fresh air from windows and breeze in bedroom was great. breakfast was super with homemade baked goods.. hosts were fantastic.. always cheerful and pleasant.. I loved the area. relaxed attitudes for Italy. not touristy.

Lo Scoiattolo Country House on Montorio al Vomano talumajutus, kus külalised saavad nautida oma aeda ja baari. Majutusasutusel on rõdu ja tasuta eraparkla. The facility was amazing and Renato was tentative to all our requests. He went above and beyond that we felt at home and like family. The restaurant and food was incredible! Let's not forget the views:)!! I can't say enough, we will definitely return.

Felt like a real farm with cows in the parking area. They made their own cheese and definitely didn’t speak English. Fabulous walking

We loved it for its charm and immaculate cleanliness. The rustic architecture and well-kept surroundings made for a perfect and comfortable retreat.
