Wonderful farm house in an great location
Tranquill beautiful location, tree's full of fruit you could almost from the room window. Family owned our room had been the hosts bedroom when he was growing up. A genuine farmhouse not destroyed just gently adjusted to comply with its use as a B&B. The Breakfast starting with the crockery a poultry themed set with even matching Jam and marmalade pots was everything you would expect for a farmhouse breakfast. It is the first time we have stayed in a B&B normally using hotels but I could spend the rest of my days here.
The room was spacious with a good view over the gardens and landscape and beyond. Tea-making facilites were good (with biscuits) and the bed was comfortable and cosy. There was an extra wardrobe room, which added to the spacious feel. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was delicious - especially the mushrooms. Location was brilliant for Stratford - 8 minutes by car (apparently 45 on foot, though I didn't try that). Very friendly hosts. Old farm house with lots of character
A really comfortable and well appointed farmhouse. Our room was so spacious with double aspect view over the farm and the gorgeous 14th century church in this very peaceful little village. Breakfasts are excellent with plenty of choice and served in a wonderful dining room with newspapers for those who don’t want to escape life completely 😊
Super location, very clean and spacious and extremely lovely welcome with so many thoughtful touches such as fresh milk and cookies! It was delightful being on the farm (sorry to miss the farmhouse breakfast). Plenty of free parking, hot bath water and generous toiletries too. Overall we had a lovely stay for just one night.
Wonderful location a few minutes drive north of Stratford upon Avon. Loved the atmosphere of the old farmhouse, the peaceful farm surrounds with the sheep. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Parking for car at the house. Our hosts were welcoming. Just loved everything about this stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.
Very welcoming reception in a beautiful farmhouse. Felt very rural but well-connected to M40 and A46.
Character property - a farmhouse with exposed beams and really friendly proprietors in a rural location - the opposite end of the spectrum from a soulless chain hotel.
Lovely old farmhouse B&B in a rural setting run by an experienced and friendly host. The room was very comfortable with useful extras like a fan for hot weather and extra heating, rugs and blankets for cold. You'd be cozy here whatever the weather!
