The room was huge and very nicely designed. Had lots of hot water. The restaurant was very tasty and had very good prices. I got a massage, mani and pedi and all were great! The staff was very nice and welcoming.

We utilised the Airport Shuttle service which made the transfer seamless. It’s was the ideal place to rest before heading out on safari. The gardens are amazing with their towering trees and flowing river, we managed to see monkeys just a short walk from our room. What really made a difference was the genuine hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, I felt so warmly welcomed. The team goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels at home, and they were always there to help with any requests. Our rooms were cozy and decorated with this colonial rustic charm but still has all the modern conveniences you need. We stayed in the Farm House made of up 4 self contained rooms, and waking up to the sounds of birds and the sight of lush greenery outside my window was incredibly peaceful. The food is freshly prepared and includes local dishes bursting with flavor. River Trees Country Inn was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge before our Tanzanian adventures, this place offers a beautiful, authentic experience that we'll always remember.

I really enjoyed my stay at Meru Villa. The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I especially enjoyed sitting in the garden, it was a very peaceful place and great for unwinding.
