I like overall atmosphere starting from the lobby, cleanliness of all areas, all types of consumables in the room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, good choice of food, pastries, sweets, etc. Prepared in front of you eggs are adding some home atmosphere to your breakfast.

Renovated in 2019, this 5-star hotel offers luxurious rooms with a flat-screen TV in Bursa city centre. Facilities include 4 restaurants, a spa and an outdoor pool with a terrace overlooking the city.... Everything was excellent. Staff are so helpful and kind. Open buffet breakfast was great. They have great restaurants with highly talented Chef!! TERMAL area is extraordinary.
