The young lady manager of the 3 properties was a very, very nice, well mannered, welcoming and informative person. The hotel room, the facilities, the grounds and the entire staff were excellent. We even had a looris, นางอาย, visit us on our 4th floor "mountain view 3 person" room balcony. I speak, read/write Thai and all the staff were very polite, pleasing and helpful in every regard. The breakfast was outstanding. A real nice, comfortable place.

The Wynn Kohjum has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Ko Jum. the resort is new and it was amazing. pool was great and it was right on the beach. AC was quiet and you could rent a motorbike for about $8 dollars a day. breakfasts had lots of options and there was always a lot of fruit and juice available. staff was friendly always greeting you when they saw you. .

Fip was not only attentive and caring, but they also had an amazing ability to connect with children and create an environment that was both fun and educational. My son was thrilled to participate in the various activities organized by Fip, and he made wonderful memories that he will cherish for a lifetime. Throughout our vacation, the staff at this resort consistently exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the front desk team who promptly addressed any concerns or the housekeeping staff who ensured our room was always clean and comfortable, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about our well-being.
