Excellent rooms with perfect sea view!! The family was very nice and helpful, we even got a little breakfast although it wasn't included. There is a staircase from the property to the sea, so you have access to Tubod Beach.

Right next to a lovely beach accessible from the property via steps directly down. Good location near San Juan easy access along the perimeter road just hail down a trike taxi. I hired a scooter for a couple of days from the owners which was hassle free. Would definitely stay again.
