Emanuel and his family ( including their parrot Antonia) were wonderful and helpful, the bungalows are clean, the setting by the river is great with many sound effects from various birds and other animals and chicken in the morning. Emanuel's cooking was very tasty. Very enjoyable stay.

The owner Cecilia was super nice, a street dog bite me, and she without hesitate not even a second .offered herself to take me to the emergency room, the the staff there didn't want to take care of me, then she took me.to another place, spending a lot of her time waiting for someone to clean the wound. The hostel is well decorated.and all staff.are.very nice. I will definitely came back. Thanks Cecilia!!

Surrounded by lush tropical rainforest and accessed by the Madre de Dios riverboat from Puerto Maldonado port, Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion is located in Puerto Maldonado. Very clean and spacious rooms. The organized trips were really enjoyable and interesting, and the guides were friendly and always available to help and answer questions. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Boasting accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, CHOMI HOUSE TAMBOPATA is situated in Puerto Maldonado. Elmer and his family, the owners, are lovely. We really felt welcome and looked after like special guests. They own a basic but lovely log cabin with a pool on their property. We stayed there one night before doing our 3 days trip into the Amazon and it was perfect. They did provide local breakfast as part of the room fees and a lovely dinner at a reasonable price.

Situated in Puerto Maldonado in the Madre de Dios region, Quirquincho House has a balcony. Near to the city but in the complete nature, no car/motorcycle noises, you only hear the animals. And only two guest houses. Room according to description. Juice at breakfast very delicious. Recommend to do the Lago Yacumama tour with the owner Nicolas.
