The cottage is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The view from the verandah was beautiful, very relaxing looking over the pond with the mountains topped with snow in the background. 45° South is one of the best, if not the best, home away from home we have ever stayed in. Fiordland Discovery offers a scenic overnight boat cruise around New Zealand"s iconic Milford Sound. Amazing overnight cruise with great food, spectacular wildlife scenery, and a hot tub to boot! The glaciers were utterly majestic and the waterfalls were stunnig.

The accommodation eclectic with the lodge being an ex nunnery. We were quite comfortable, beds good and showers had great pressure. Kym the manager was great booking restaurants for us and ensuring all our needs were met.

Offering lake and mountain views, Radfords on the Lake is located across the road from Lake Te Anau. Free car parking is provided outside each apartment. Everything, from the lady that checked us in, until the end, everything was just amazing. The staff provided a small package for Christmas, small Christmas present. Extremely welcoming people and awesome location!
