Best service I've ever seen - location (not far from the bikini beach) - excursions available directly from the hotel (the guides are professional) - free coffee, tea, water, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, etc

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities, the beach was gorgeous, the water sports , snorkeling with the share, jet ski, the staff is amazing all of them were extra helpful. Lots is restaurants to choose from with excellent food …. I will definitely only come again to the hard rock
