Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Pearl's Homestay Matale is a recently renovated holiday home situated in Matale, 27 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. Pearly and Ranjan are incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted hosts. It was a pleasure to talk to them, and they could tell us a lot about Sri Lankan culture. They also gave us great tips what to visit during our stay (in Matale as well as in Sri Lanka). We had an amazing breakfast with fresh fruits from their garden. The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. From their terrace you have a stunning view over Matale and the surrounding mountains. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back.

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of river, Riverston Nature Villa is situated in Rattota, 41 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. At first we didn’t really know what to expect since there weren’t many reviews on booking, but we were really enthusiastic about this place. The location is stunning, it’s in the middle of nature. I also really liked the people that were hosting. The food was amazing and they made a bonfire at dinner. The woman also took us on a really cool hike through the rice fields. It was an amazing experience all together.

I took a wrong turn along the way and got slightly lost, but that’s the best thing that can happen to you in Sri Lanka. 🙂 Upon arrival, you’re greeted by tastefully decorated interiors and the inviting aroma of sumptuous food. The fresh air and tranquil surroundings create a soul-cleansing experience that lingers long after your stay. The excellent service adds to the charm, making every moment feel special. At Gammaduwa Bungalow, time seems to stand still, inviting you to cast away your cares and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and serenity of this hidden gem.

Set in Madulkele in the Kandy District region and Pallekele International Cricket Stadium reachable within 17 km, Hatale Tea Estate Bungalow offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's... The view is breathtaking. Staff was very polite and helpful. Raju, the caretaker, cooked sone delicious meals for us. Try hiking to the mini worlds end at the top of hatale for one of the best view points around.

May mga nakamamanghang tanawin ng kalikasan, nagtatampok ang Strathisla Guest House ng outdoor swimming pool at mga kagamitan para sa barbeque. amazing place, the most beautiful stay I had in Sri Lanka, returned there for the third time and can highly recommend. located in the middle of nature, with lots of plants and animals, and extremely classy hotel

Set just 22 km from Bogambara Stadium, Walawwa Matale offers accommodation in Matale with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as luggage storage space. Breakfast was delicious & location is very beautiful.

Located in Matale, 32 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, Nelinsa Resort and Spa provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The hotel is located in a scenic spot in the middle of a small tea estate. The surrounding views are spectacular. The staff were so helpful and the food was absolutely amazing! They set up the ping pong table for us and drove us to the beautiful Sembuwaththa lake. Well worth a visit if you love nature, hiking through tea estates and Sri Lankan food.
