The room is clean and big, also there’s heat under the floor so the whole room is warm and comfortable in winter time. There is a kitchen inside the room, so you can cook by yourself. The overall experience about the room is nice and comfortable even during freezing winter time. If you’re foreigner who doesn’t have car and doesn’t know how to speak Korean like me, don’t worry about it! The host is nice and friendly. He helped me with the transportation between ski resorts, ski rental shop and Heidi. He also recommended me the ski rentals shop and the shuttle bus between Seoul and Vivaldi ski resort. He speaks English so don’t worry about the communication.

Zio Pinetree is located on the beachfront in Yangyang, 1.7 km from Hajodae Beach and 22 km from Daepo Port. The property is around 36 km from Seorak Waterpia, 10 km from Osan-ri Prehistory Museum and 16 km from Naksansa Temple. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It over looked the ocean and everyone was wonderful. They provided shuttle services from 8-2am on Saturdays, but I didn’t get to make use of it. I will next Time

Great apartment with amazing view, the area is nice with plenty of dining options, host is great too

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a kids' club and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can make use of a bar. Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

A family-friendly restaurant, coffee shop and bar can be found on-site. The property was very clean and very close to the great sites. the view was really nice and the room offered great amenities. I will definitely stay here again.
