Staff attended immediately to any need/issue we had. Enjoyed the view from our balcony.

Very warm welcome with a cold towel on a hot day. Excellent lake and city views from the rooftop bar. Temperature aside, I really liked the room. It was bright with natural light and the bed was very comfortable. It's right in the centre of the city but somehow, it's still quite a calm environment within the hotel.
