Right in the heart of Osaka, situated within a short distance of Kamomecho Park and Shiokusa Park, ST BLD Daikoku offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a microwave and... RATE - This is the BEST ACCOMMODATION so far that I had in OSAKA. My family and I will definitely recommend this place and will book this again when we come back next year! COMMUNICATION - The owner was really responsive and responds in right away or less than 6-8 hours. Thumbs up for this! CHECK-IN - The owner sent clear instructions a day before - Check-in was a breeze and no face to face interaction at all. LOCATION - It is right across JR IMAMIYA EAST EXIT which is very convenient if you are with seniors. If you take the cab going back home, just say JR IMAMIYA to the taxi drivers but specify that you are going to JR IMAMIYA not Shin Imamiya. - There is a coffee shop beside the accommodation. - There is washing machine inside the apartment but there is also a 24H laundromat across the the street facing the building. - LAWSON convenience store is beside JR IMAMIYA EAST EXIT - There is FAMILY MART two blocks away from the apartment. Use google maps to locate accurately. ACCOMMODATION - Size was average and every space was utilized which was really impressive. - Basic amenities are present. The beds are bigger than expected and are really really comfy for us. - There is water heater and the restrooms and shower/bath area are of Japanese topnotch standards. - There is a washing machine although take note that it does have a noticeable sound when it spins to wash the clothes. - We have been provided cleaning wipes, tissues, cleaning agents, laundry liquid detergent, toothbrushes and toothpaste, sufficient amount of towels that we washed too etc. - The refrigerator worker as expected. It did freeze things in the freezer. LOL - There is a mop and vacuum cleaner - There is sufficient amount of trash bags of different sizes. - There is a microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle that all worked as expected. - Cups, plates, utensils are all provided as well.

Location was perfect - away from the crowds and noises in Namba but still close to it and only 10 min walk from two subway stations. Would definitely stay again.

We like the place but was not able to roam around. 2 konbini nearby and has game area beside the front desk and a water dispenser. Corner family room is great for 4pax. Ample space and u can do everything there. I really like that the tub is separate from the shower floor. I don't like tubs that u shower 🚿 Inside as the tendency to slip is very high. Place is beside a Yamaha shop so great for music 🎶 lovers like us Got 2 rooms for 6pax

Attractively situated in the Nishi Ward district of Osaka, MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West is situated 600 metres from Namba Shrine, less than 1 km from Samuhara Shrine and a 10-minute walk from Wakoji... 1) That ALL staff (from those manning the reception to the cleaners) were extremely friendly, courteous & accommodative. We had sought their assistance a few times and on all occasions, they really went out of their way to help us. For instance, booking a taxi for our trip to a train station at wee hours in the morning & helping us decide which transport arrangement best suits us for our trip home. 2) The location of the hotel - walking distance to 3 Metro stations. 3) The facilities nearby - Family Mart is just next door & there is a 24-hour AEON Food Style nearby. 4) The fact that it offers an apartment like facilities. Not many hotels could comfortably accommodate 5 adults, let alone provide a kitchenette, a separate bathroom & toilet.
