Very nice Japanese style room in a restored historical building. The facilities were excellent - very tasteful and clean restoration. The room was quite spacious - unlike many hotel rooms in Japan. We wish we had stayed for more than one night!

Located in Kurashiki and with Shinkeien Garden reachable within 1 km, Nagi Kurashiki Hotel&Lounge provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, free bikes, free WiFi throughout the property and a... I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, there was filtered water and high quality snacks provided every day, the room was big and comfortable and the hotel was a short walk to the train station. You can tell a lot of care has gone into everything and it allowed me to feel at home and relax. Kurashiki is a pleasant place with nice shops and restaurants and I used it as a base to explore the wider Seto Inland Sea area.

Shiraishi Island International Villa ligger på den avlägsna ön Shiraishi och erbjuder boende omgivet av natur. Hamnen Shirashishi-jima ligger 10 minuters promenad från boendet. Everything! The place is beautiful, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful lounge area, and a great deck for a barbeque or relaxing in the sun. Muya is a great person, he will help you with everything you need. The Island is also beautiful and has many hiking trails, some starting right outside the villa. I would definitely like to come back again.

Guest House Toranjyo-lit ligger i Tamano, 60 minuter från Takamatsu via färja och 60 minuter från Okayama med tåg eller buss. Här finns även ett kafé. This was one of our favourite accommodations on our trip! We stayed here as a buffer day between traveling between Ishikawa and Naoshima but we wish we could have spent longer - lots of privacy, in a great area, and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they really went over and beyond helping us to plan our following days in Naoshima. The guesthouse was cosy and had everything you could think to need!

Ryori Ryokan Tsurugata ligger i det historiska kvarteret Kurashiki Bikan. Här erbjuds boende i japansk stil i en historisk byggnad från Edo-perioden. WiFi finns i allmänna utrymmen. Location is perfect. The staff was more than wonderful . They were helpful, courteous, accommodating. The food was traditional Japanese kaiseki meals and so delicious!

ひねもす101:宇野駅から車で5分 直島へ 最大8名様 古民家 ligger i Tamano, 25 km från Hashihime Inari Daimyojin Shrine och 25 km från Tanematsuyama Park. Amazing location and space. A traditional Japanese house so close to the sea! Could not have liked it more!

DENIM HOUSE BON ligger i Kojima i Kurashiki, 11 km från Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park, 13 km från Tanematsuyama Park och 16 km från Shinkeien Garden. The adaptation of denim in the a house design.

暮らすように過ごすNagi unoport ligger i Uno, 21 km från Hashihime Inari Daimyojin Shrine, 22 km från Kyobashi no Kyokyakuato och 23 km från Sogenji Temple, och erbjuder boende med en balkong och gratis WiFi. it was a full enjoyment for people who care about details, impressed by the owner's great sense of interior design!! A perfect place to stay before starting a museum trip in Naoshima.

The whole place is spacious and the host provides delicious dinner for you, the location is a bit far away from city centre and major attractions but if you are driving then it will not be a problem

Casa 狐穴 KitsuneAna 和モダンな100年古民家で里山を体験する ligger i Akaiwa och erbjuder gratis WiFi och utsikt över bergen. The property was huge, wonderful and our hosts were so lovely and generous. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spend more time locally to appreciate our surroundings.
