Very comfortable room, amazing amenities - I loved the tea and coffee selection, as well as the beautiful ceramic tea set available, and having bath salts ready in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The common areas in the hotel were elegant, and the garden view from each floor added to the ambience.

Very nice traditionell Japanese Hotel with super Onsen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free drinks and even a free late night Soba was included. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The room was spacious and feels like it's new and traditional at the same time. My shower had bath tub which was great. The staff is very nice and helpful, suggesting places to visit and helping with any questions you might have. Theres coffee and drinks in recemption that are included,also the option of having dinner there
