I liked the staff, the food and view in their restaurant. Great location! Ibrahim was so nice, he arranged pickup at the airport and let me wait in the restaurant while my room was getting ready. I came early, so that was very nice. I am allowed to store my luggage before I catch the bus to Amman. Service is top notch, along with the staff.

What a superb place in a most incredible part of the world— the rooms were lovely with a panoramic view of the desert— very clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing and plentiful— the Beaudoin pit bbq was a highlight but breakfast was good as well. The jeep tour was also amazing and many incredible sights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Hotel was excellent, particularly the service. There was an initial mix-up with our room (we wanted a King size bed and we were initially sent to a room with two beds) and although it was not a big mistake, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We received a generous room upgrade and were able to check in quite early. The pool area was also excellent - I have never seen some of the services provided (fruit kebabs while lounging, sunglasses cleaner etc).
