Very close to city center and railway station. The staff was very friendly. Great plus for the possiblity to sort the trash (which is very uncommon in great majority of hotels). Wifi was very fast.

What an amazing staff.....housekeeping, desk, breakfast...what a team! The property has amazing views and gorgeous breakfast terrace! Food was exceptional. The Spa is fabulous.....definitely should not be missed. We were not crazy about our room as we were on the bottom floor and there was significant street traffic. If you are noise sensitive, book your room on an upper floor! Overall a sweet stay!

The staff are really nice and helpfull, the room size is good, nice balcony, there's a great park in front of the hotel for dogs and kids to play. Plus the Christmas market in Arco is beautiful!
