The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We particularly cherished our dinner and breakfast on the hotel's terrace. However, it's essential to have plenty of patience because communicating with the staff can be challenging, and understanding each other is even more so. The farm stay is located approximately 35 minutes on foot from the nearest town, and the staff wasn't very helpful in arranging transportation, even a taxi (referred to as a tourist vehicle). One important note: Despite what booking.com may indicate about free booking and cancellation, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and assisted with everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about local attractions and even helped us arrange transportation and guided tours. The food at the in-house restaurant was another highlight. The menu featured a mix of local Sikkimese cuisine and other Indian dishes, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated, offering easy access to popular tourist spots such as MG Marg and the Enchey Monastery. Despite being close to the city's main attractions, it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Evara Hills in Gangtok is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I would gladly return on my next visit and highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

This homestay feels like staying with family in a comfort zone, with a welcoming host. A good collection of green herbs simply took away my heart. The food served had a homely touch and was meant to be enjoyed and savored. Personal care and service was excellent and worth mentioning. We had the best experience possible at this amazing property. The staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations. 100% recommended to everyone. Loved the way the property has been designed and maintained. The food was superb. We also got excellent recommendations for the day trips at Gangtok. Overall, it was a superb experience staying at Kengbari and I wish we could stay longer!!

The Lady Owner of the hotel is too good and friendly also the kitchen staff is good and helpful but one of the staff from there contact someone for our trip and he takes extra money as commission without our knowledge So whenever somebody stay in this hotel always contact the lady owner for any queries because she is very honest and helpful
