Always a pleasure to stay - our usual spot for over night transfers when island hopping. Always perfectly clean, plenty of tea, coffee, and milk pots for a quick brew. Lovely clean bathroom with a big deep P-shaped bath in room 2. Always friendly staff ready to help if needed, but they are happy to let you crack on if you know where you’re going and what you’re doing. Entry is through the yellow door, but check in is within the pub which we didn’t know on our first visit, but as we knew that for this trip, it was even easier!

Offering a garden and garden view, Great 2 bed apartment on the Promenade Southport is located in Southport, 26 km from Aintree Racecourse and 32 km from Anfield Stadium. What a wonderful find!! Spacious, clean and so very quiet. The en suite was a happy bonus and both bathrooms were both modernised and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was a short walk away from Lord Street, so ideal really. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful clean and modern apartment, everything we needed in a great location. Great information provided by hosts for arrival and lovely welcome pack. Would definitely recommend.

Aberley House, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Liverpool, 500 metres from Crosby Beach, 8 km from Aintree Racecourse, as well as 9.1 km from Anfield Stadium. The House was just fantastic and our room nicely decorated. The host prepared a delicious breakfast, for a minor charge even pancakes one morning. There was a snooker table in the basement and Jonathan shared some nice stories about his album collection. It also felt great to learn about the history of people who had lived in the same street.
