Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.

The building was originally the bath house to an 1800´s SPA hotel and has its own well. The building has been carefully and tastefully re-modelled to incorporate a few rooms for the B&B. Our room had a high quality bed and a very modern bathroom with shower, tiled with marble. There is also an outside pool. There are peacocks, duck and chicken, a dog and several cats, all very friendly and well-behaved. The owners are very accommodating and caring and we felt warmly welcome. English, German and French is spoken. The breakfast was absolutely top notch with home baked bread, locally made youghurt and jam, fresh eggs and freshly pressed juice! This is a place we warmly recommend!! Do not miss out on this one.

In addition, it was possible to eat there in the evening so you can avoid having to drive to a restaurant. The food was very good and it is a very interesting experience to sit and eat with fellow guests and have conversations talk. We would love to come back another time

Although the limited communication due to the lack of English from owners, they were very caring and kind, trying to recommend best places to go in the region. The place is very quiet, and the location is pretty good for those are seeking to visit wineries around Morgon and Fleurie. I do recommend for wine lovers.
