Beautiful location, gorgeous building, set in a quiet stunning area. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very nice indeed.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast in Isigny-sur-Mer, Normand"Histoire Chambres d"Hôtes offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. Wonderful property where to stay when discovering historical sites, located in a small, peaceful and charming town. Although with our last minute booking and only one night stay, the hosts welcomed us and treated greatly — delicious breakfast, useful tips for discovering area (based on them, we decided to change our itinerary and was absolutely worth it!) The room itself is recently renovated, the interior displays historical elements, and provides everything that is necessary for the stay. Definitely would like to highlight the cleanness and careful care of the guests. Highly recommending!

Offering garden views, La Ferme Delaunay is an accommodation set in Saint-Côme-du-Mont, 22 km from German War Cimetery and 30 km from Pointe du Hoc D-Day. Location: The B&B is located right next to the famous Purple Heart Lane and the Dead man's corner. Less than 20 minutes drive to Utah Beach, Sainte-Mère-Église, Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, Isigny-sur-Mer, Carentan and in the walk distance of the church of Angoville-au-Plain. B&B: This bed and breakfast has an interesting history in WW2, some serious fighting was done in the area. The owner is very kind and helpful, she is always available for questions and excited to share her knowledge and the history of this B&B and the surrounding area in the World War 2 era. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable and very quiet in the evening. We had a great view of the front courtyard and the back garden. The bathroom facilities were modern and clean, it beats even some 3 stars hotels that I've stayed in in the past. The breakfast was delicious with fresh baked bread and different sorts of French cheeses. We even had some homemade crêpes on the first day! The breakfast room was also decorated in various WW2 items. Overall, we had a great stay at this B&B and look forward to returning in the future! 👍

Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of garden, Mis Harand is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Litteau, 14 km from Haras of Saint-Lô. Lovely accommodations in an old historic home in rural France. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the host couple were very kind and gracious. We arrived later than originally expected and they were very accommodating. They invited us for a drink and some pleasant conversation upon arrival which was very nice. The breakfast they provide each morning was great. My 14 year old son, who can be very hard to please, really enjoyed talking to the hosts and we all loved their little dog Pims.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Chambres d"Hôtes Le Clos des Marronniers is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Douvres-la-Délivrande, 13 km from Memorial of Caen. Well maintained and exceptionally restored home. Breakfast was good. Staff are very friendly and kind but slightly struggle with English but we never had a problem. Secure private parking was helpful. The grounds are quiet and beautifully maintained.

Set within 4.8 km of Omaha Beach and 4.9 km of Omaha Beach Memorial Museum in Vierville-sur-Mer, Les chambres d"Omaha Beach Etablissement avec deux chambres d"hôtes, petit-déjeuner compris fait-maison... I loved everything and I greatly appreciated the quiteness and peaceful of the whole house, which is wonderful. Alice, the owner, was very kind to me and the breakfast she prepared was the best I ate during my travelling jorney round Normandia.

Providing garden views, M&V Resort Camping is located in Langrune-sur-Mer and offers a wellness area with a hot tub and a hammam. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and gardens well maintained.

Featuring an indoor pool and views of lake, Château Côte de Nacre is an apartment situated in a historic building in Ver-sur-Mer, 5.7 km from Juno Beach Centre. The Chateau was the highlight of our 2-night 3-day visit to Normandy! Sandra was a terrific host and was always around to answer our questions and bring us anything we needed. She provided us with a great list of restaurants and bakeries in the area. There was a small grocery store and a bakery within a short walking distance. The entire apartment was spotless and very modern and had everything a family of 5 needed. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Being able to feed the ducks and geese and goats on the property with the feed that Sandra provided was a thrill for our 7-year old grandson. The indoor swimming pool was also a big hit with him. The entire property is stunning and the other guests we met were very friendly and eager to share a glass of wine on the patio while we discussed the days events. The Chateau is very close to Juno Beach, that as Canadians was a must see, and it is very central to the rest of the sites we wanted to see in Normandy. I highly recommend the Chateau for a couple, two couples or a small family and without hesitation we will stay there on our next visit. We had 2 cars and there was ample on-site parking for all the guests. The main gate to the property had an electric coded entrance and exit so once on site you felt very safe. Thank you Sandra for being such a wonderful host to our family! We hope to see you again!
