Absolutely loved the room because of of it’s spaciousness and neatness. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom updated and modern. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Lille!

Communication with host was easy, immediate and very friendly. We arrived a bit early and were unable to check out before noon but both was easily possible and at no extra cost. The whole apartment is clean, very comfortable and with solid designer furniture. A definite recommendation for families looking for an easy stay in the heart Lille.

Philippe welcomed us personally and showed us around. The pool is lovely just a shame it was a little windy! The beds were very comfortable and shutters meant a good night’s sleep. There is a restaurant serving French cuisine, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. As a solo wheelchair traveller, the location and facilities were ideal. Staff attentiveness excellent. Very helpful without being intrusive. Location is easily reached by car a few miles outside the city centre. Excellent continental breakfast which the staff happily bagged for me. Room was very large, with roll in shower and all accessible features I required (minor point: wheelchair access around the large comfy bed was VERY tight).

Thierry was an exceptional host with great communication, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The property is absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean with all the facilities we required (we knew there was no WiFi before arrival). The whole set up with the communal area for socialising, eating and drinking is a great idea. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
