The Owners were really nice they had good recommendations on hikes or what to do in Riobamba. We felt like home. It's situated really good you can do everything by walking. What an amazing experience! We loved every minute of our stay at Chimborazo. The lodge is unbelievable - it’s been build with so much thought and care. You could lose yourself in the amazing climbing memorabilia for weeks. It’s just stunning. And we loved sitting by the fire just relaxing and meeting other guests. And our room with the view of the mountain was sensational. The food was great - and we enjoyed the whole dining experience. The location was breathtaking. To be in such a remote location and to have access to Chimborazo was a wonderful experience and one we really appreciated. And to be so close to alpacas as was also a treat. So it was an incredible experience all round - made even better by the wonderful team of people working there. They were all sensational.

This hacienda house is HUGE, beautiful, and the owner is a collector of antiques and religious art, which makes this a stay in museum! The staff is beyond caring and welcoming and the food was all great. The rooms are huge (and so are the beds).
