This property is in the middle of nowhere but that is the most appealing and endearing attribute. Nestled on a hill overlooking the rio Rasmussen, you had views of incredible landscapes and animals. Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

The host was super kind and helpful, met us on arrival and opened the house. She lives next door so it was very easy to organize and communicate with her. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating about everything, answering questions and helping us with a special request. The wifi was is extremely fast and reliable, the shower has amazing hot water & pressure, and the location is perfect for wandering around charming Porvenir with its lovely Magellanic style architecture.
