Located in the Manaus city centre, Local Hostel Manaus offers free WiFi access. The Amazonas Theatre is 150 metres away. Excellent location, close to Amazon Theatre, restaurants and grocery. Short walk to market and vendors by the river Port. Comfortable bunks, plug , light and curtains for each, air con keeps dorms cool at night. Big screen with Netflix etc, lots of social space, couches . Staff is excellent, speak Portuguese and English. Large clean showers with hot water, separate for men and women. Secure entrance with 24 hour access. Bruna and Sindy(Bianca) at the front desk are the best. Friendly and always with a smile. Will to help you out with anything you need to make your stay better.

We booked the room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious and clean. The hostel is in a great location, clean and fully equipped with filtered water, fridge and several areas to rest and enjoy some relaxing. The decorations are just excellent, making you feel in the middle of a local exhibition. Antonio and his staff are very welcoming and willing to help you make your stay perfect in every aspect. We also did the "MIX 4 DAYS TOUR IN THE JUNGLE" with Antonio and it was very well organized, everything was smooth and excellent, the locations, the knowledge of the guide and the food. It has been exactly the unforgettable, authentic experience we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Everything!, the hotel is very beautiful, the room is nice and spacious, the producto they use are environmentally friendly, breakfast was great!!, their staff great!!!, they where also very friendly and nice with this loving and beautiful street dog, that says a lot about them in the good way :). Also how close it is to the main part of downtown, and at the same time far enough to have a quiet sleep.

THIS IS A CRUISE NOT A HOTEL BOAT!!! I wish they would be more clear about his, took me a little while to confirm. This is a wonderful cruise on the Amazon (aka Solimões - this is what Amazon is called in this part of Brazil) and Rio Negro rivers. Friday to Monday is Amazon river, Monday to Friday is Rio Negro cruise, you can book either or both. They have several activities every day - boat trips, jungle walks, etc. Tons of food available from about 6am to 11p. And they now have satellite internet service through Starlink. It's kinda pricey but it's a wonderful experience with attentive crew, great food, and amazing views. All rooms have balconies. The shower is very spacious (and big enough for 2 people). Several power outlets in the room.

Located on Mamori River, Dolphin Lodge offers fishing, an on-site restaurant and a daily buffet breakfast. Dolphin lodge is a perfect place to escape civilisation and get immersed in nature. Saying that, the facilities are great, considering you are in the jungle - there is hot water, AC, mosquito nets, so if you don’t want to give up all the comforts, it’s perfect. From the moment you get picked up from the hotel in Manaus, it’s all precisely organized - all the transfers went really smooth, no waiting around. Once you are at the lodge, there are tours throughout the day to get to know the river and the jungle both by boat and by foot, I highly recommend bringing binoculars, as there are so many birds and other animals to discover. The tour guides (who are locals of the area) make sure that you spot all of them. And I have to mention the food, which was amazing, we got to try a lot of traditional dishes throughout the stay. I really wish we could have stayed longer, the lodge has such a nice relaxing atmosphere, you can just sit by the river watching dolphins and spotting birds, highly recommend!

The location was exceptional 3 min to the beach , lots of restaurants good for walking cycling, 12 min by car to ponta negra shopping centre 😀 Such a beautiful area The owner was friendly, and members of staff were helpful and charismatic.
