The reception team were extremely helpful; our flight was delayed 2hrs yet despite reception having closed, the lady greeted us gone midnight to check us in. The guy on reception as well was very friendly and even went to extra lengths in going out in the rain to grab a corkscrew for us; cheers pal. The breakfast was always fresh including eggs cooked to order by the chef, who was also very friendly and even gave us some ideas on places to visit during our stay. The views at the top were beautiful; having breakfast up there was always an incredible way to start the day! The rooms and whole hotel have been freshly decorated; all very clean and modern. Huge smart TV in the room with netflix, and a great shower!!! Our cleaner was always smiling and made our room up daily, which we weren't expecting. Overall we had a great stay, thank you to the whole team for everything.

Located 50 metres from Tarija’s commercial centre and main square, Victoria Plaza features rooms with private bathrooms and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are included. I had the Deluxe Suite which was large with a clean but dated bathroom. It also had a small kitchenette, an island with high stools and also a couch. Air conditioning and a fridge and TV. The hotel was located right in the Plaza Principal. Staff were very accommodating but could only speak Spanish. They helped book the Ruta del Vino tour and also transport to Tupiza from Terminal Norte

My room was perfect with a small private pool on the balcony to cool off at night. The bed was so comfy it was hard to drag my self out of it in the mornings. Staff are great. Edward the host is a top fella with good tips on where to go and places to stay on the road.
