Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Very nice hotel-cosy, clean, extremely good location. Very nice and friendly staff. Good area for children.

In the winter you can buy your lift pass and book your ski and snowboard lesson directly at the hotel. Ski kindergarten for children and kids' club are featured. The personnel was genuinely happy to see us and have a chat. Everyone smiling and positive. That creates a great atmosphere. Clean, luxury, but cozy place we want to come back in winter too. Great food for every taste. A lot of things to do: spa, singers, mountain lift nearby etc. Kids friendly: cartoon cinema, kinder garden, activities throughout the day, kids rooms... The hotel that creates good memories!

It was the best accommodation of our Bulgarian tour. Everything was fine, we can't find anything to complain about. It is in a beautiful location, an extremely cozy apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom.

Everything is new and very well organized. It is a very quiet area and the people were kind. I appreciated that there are parking spaces. I will definitely come back.
