Very easy communication with the host. I did not have to be aware or careful for anything. He explained everything, even called me and left viber instructions. Easiest check-in.

Fully equipped kitchen, lovely back yard, very helpful management and personal. Professional and polite. Visiting a second year, will definitely stay again in Simada Green next time we are in Varshets!!!

It was one night stay while visiting the fortress in Belogradchik (thought Montana was a better and bigger town for my stay). The hotel is modern and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful with all my requests/questions. The breakfast is simple but enough and good. They also have parking space if you’re driving yourself and are conveniently located in the heart of the city - there is a supermarket walking distance, couple of options for restaurants, even money exchange nearby. Just don’t expect people to speak much English since it’s a much smaller town than Sofia.

Clean and cosy room with attached bathroom and small cooler. Quiet in the nighttime, perfect for rest. We had a great omlette and some coffee in the morning. Owner is very nice.
