The house itself is beautifully traditional, and it really felt like we were experiencing the true spirit of Samarkand. Every morning, breakfast was brought to our room, and it was always fresh and delicious—a great way to start the day. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Registan Square, which made it super easy to explore the city. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay feel special.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We were amazed by the staff hospitality and welcomeness, very helpful and they would do anything to help you out and make you comfortable.
We were 4 families, the receptionist helped us to book a taxi for every family and gave us some recommendations.
Location is in the center.
Kamil and Farida are very warm hosts.
We spent three days at their house and they even invited us to share their incredible meal with their family.
The place is quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying the large terrace in the shade.

If you are passing through Samarkand, we can only recommend this nice place.
Comfortable air-conditioned room with private bathroom in a family run guesthouse. Small but functional bathroom. Friendly family. Simple but delicious breakfast (omelette, fresh bread, salad and large slice of water melon) Excellent location next to Bibi Khanum Mosque.
The hotel was very near in the central area, near in Registan. Quiet neighbourhood. The hospitality was excellent. A family hotel bussiness managing with the best they can do. They respected us as guests. They tried to help us in everything we asked for the city, the taxi. etc. The breakfast was very very good. A very good relationship of price and quality.
Nice little family hotel, very kind people, nothing was too troublesome for them to organise for you. The hotel is in the European area, nice neighbourhood to walk around ,lots of coffee shops, restaurants and parks, close to universities. Everything is in walking distance if you want to have a look around Samarkand on a slower pace.
Nice family hotel, with very warm welcome from dad and son managing the hotel. They care about you, about your stay and make sure you feel comfortable. They speak perfectly English and Russian (and maybe others, that I don't know ;). Nice traditional breakfast in the morning, and water and tea available upstairs. We were there with our little 10 months old son and it was a very good experience!
Located a bit further away from the Old Town, but no issue as the Yandex taxi are very cheap and easy to order (approx. 1$ to go to the center).
The price was affordable considering the pool view room we got, also breakfast was included.
Nice calm ambience for a family vacation/ staycation. Owner knows decent English, also very helpful in any request.
