We found this place by chance. We needed a place to stay as our reservation for Bukhara found our primary choice unavailable. We certainly could have stayed here as it turned out to be a great alternative. What made it positive was the staff who were helpful and wanted to have us enjoy Bukhara. Breakfast was sumptuous, served on time and with staff attending to every need.

The location is extremely ideal, and it was very calm and quiet during our stay. We had multiple people recommend this hotel (even after we had already booked it!), and it lived up to the expectations. The power went out for about 16 hours following a storm, but it seemed like the staff was doing everything they could to help, which we appreciated.

    Utkir and his family were the loveliest hosts! He just welcomed me and helped me at all times, was kind and nice with me and his wife cooked for me the best breakfast I had in all my time in Uzbekistan. Their children were also lovely. The room was great and clean, just one minute walking from the main central square of the city. It could no have been better!

    This is a proper family guesthouse. Abdullah and his wife, son, and grandchildren are friendly and welcoming. The room has a charming terrace with oleanders where you can watch the sun disappear. There is an extremely generous and very nice breakfast. The hotel is very quiet and in a really attractive part of Bukhara where you can still get a sense of the traditional city, and not all the historic buildings have been over-restored. We loved it.

    Located right next to the Kalon minaret. A lovely and cosy family hotel. Very friendly and helpful family runs it, from grandma to grandchildren every member of the family takes part in conforting the guests. Spotless clean room with a huge and super delicious breakfast. Loved to stay here! Walked everywhere in Buchara old part. Supermarket 3 mins, tourist info 4 mins away. Very good location ! Special thanks to the kids of the family who were very helpful as speaking English. What a cute and polite kids!

    Wow. What an incredible cultural and family-friendly experience. Umid is one of the greatest hosts we've ever encountered, and we have traveled in many places across the world. His staff were great, too. Truly exceptional. And the breakfast was mouthwatering. Our young kids loved it here and were treated so well. We have nothing but gratitude to Umid and his team. Umid truly went over and above to ensure we had a memorable, comfortable and unique stay in Bukhara. His recommendations were top class, too.

    We were surprised how exceptionally good and spacious our room was: new furniture and everything the rest new and modern. LED TV, fridge. Only the kettle's missing, but you can always ask for a tea pot. What else to want? May be, something for packed lunch when checking out at night... But still very good. The terrace view is nice, most of the sights are near. The stuff (it's a family hotel) is helpful and they like children so our daughter was like at home
