Check in was marvelous with Princess. Hope she moves up in management. She has the customer service skills down to a science. Daughter loved breakfast, food recommendations were also good for delivery. Uber to and from hotel from downtown was great and not expensive. Welcome bag was a nice surprise.

    It’s a pretty no-frills room but it didn’t matter. What they had was nice, everything was clean and well cared for and the staff were incredible. The atmosphere was cute, naughty and fun. It was all around very welcoming and the whole experience was great. Would do again.

    We booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for our family with 3 children (11/12/13) for 2 nights. The room on the 4th floor had a device/machine/air condition or else right above (roof) which was very loud and disturbing, we couldn't sleep at all. Next day we could easily change the room. Breakfast was good. Right next to the restaurant Cracker Barrel.

    Beautiful piece of history surpisingly housed in a yellow square building. Not one of your run-of-the-mill chain hotels but a quaint family hotel that leaves you in a great mood! Fun owners & staff, nice breakfast & evening social. Good parking. Walking distance to the pier and art district.
