Loved the host. The view was exceptional. Beds were super comfortable. Generous living space. Great valet team. A bar in the lobby was nice. There's a swimming pool.

The location was excellent, right on the edge of a pedestrian-only section and adjacent to the long trail/walkway that runs along the beach. We found everything we wanted or needed within walking distance. We were amazed how quiet the apartment was considering the adjacent bustle.

You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
Great Location fr a 3 Day Stay in Miami Beach during our Florida Roundtrip with two Kids (2&5). There is a playground just in front. Restaurant in the hotel and the one next door are great & everyone is very child friendly. Rooftop Saltwater Pool also perfect:-)
Room has small kitchenette so we were able to make food in our room for a night.
Room was large enough for family of 4. There'sa pull out bed for the kids.
Beach was just outside the back of the hotel, There's also a pool as well .
Location for a stop to relax is great.
You can 'rent' a beach chair for free on the day of checkin at the beach, but you should be there early for it.
We were looking for an appartment with kitchen for our family and thats what we got. Its not too far from the beach (5-7 min. walk with kids) there is also a pool which the kids enjoyed of course even if it was not the cleanest one. We did ot have any major issue and the stay was ok.
Great facilities. Beautiful pool with keen and helpful staff (especially Eric and Craig), next to the beach with included loungers (but $28 per day for an umbrella…), good facilities for kids (small soccer area, table tennis, fussball, console room, kids club), included banana boat ride, kayaking and paddleboarding were fun (only able to kayak/paddleboard on one day because of the water conditions).
Excellent (but expensive) breakfast at Preston’s.
Good location a short walk from Ocean Drive and the art deco quarter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed during Easter weekend and was surprised by the fun Easter activities for kids.
The whole family enjoyed the pool races.
We loved the spacious suite, it was very well kept and clean. The staff were kind and welcoming. The pool is older but maintained well and is quite large! Also, this was a truly family friendly hotel, not because of activities but because there were actual families there and it was sooooo quiet, calm and nice!
