As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
I loved the energy of the desk lady, I didn't catch her name but she was the main key to us enjoying the stay. Very family friendly, they didn't mind the hyperness or loudness of my three year old.
It was so good that we could get into the house late at night. We were traveling with young kids and the trip took longer than expected, but to find the house and enter late was such a blessing for us
The hotel was clean. The children loved the pool. It was nice that there was a separate shallow pool for the young ones. The breakfast is one of the best you'll get at any hotel/motel.
We loved the indoor and outdoor pool facilities they even had a baby pool my daughter loved. The breakfast was included and delicious. The courtyard was a wonderful place to relax and watch fireflies. We loved the atmosphere of this hotel, very family friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely stay again. The staff was wonderful and friendly, guest services, housekeeping, and food service. The location is also convenient close to Walmart, Target, Waffle House, and many other restaurants.
The room was large and had a bathtub, which is something I always love to take advantage of when I travel. The bathroom fixtures were upgraded and modern. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the large wide bench right by the door. It was equivalent in size to a toddler mattress in width but longer. It was great for dropping anything extra as I was coming in, sitting to put shoes on/take shoes off, leaving things out of the way while in the room--either on top or underneath.
