This is probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. The staff is exceptional - they are all so kind and so eager to help in any way they can. It was delightful to connect with them. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it's a historic building that has been expertly updated without compromising any charm. Each room is decorated to perfection. The breakfast is good, including fresh goodies everyday. It's in the heart of Visby so restaurants and shops are all nearby. And for all you get, the price is shockingly reasonable.

I loved how central the Villa Borgen was to shopping, restaurants, and the seaside. Starting every day with a homemade waffle, fresh fruit, and a breakfast buffet was a special treat. The cafe is bright and cozy even if the sky is gray.
