    The staff - especially Kamil was wonderful. We had to seek medical attention and Kamil accompanied us, helped us with translation and even paid some fee in polish currency- not usual for normal hotel staff. We have also received a free room upgrade. Kamil was by far the most service oriented person and the hotel should be lucky to have him. On our departure day he arranged a very affordable taxi ride for a longer distance.

    Apartment are really good for like family or along staying, have everything necessary for living, kitchen is equipped with all new techniques, bedroom have two comfortable sofas. We stayed with the kid, so it was very good for us, and park is very close with playgrounds for children is also very comfortable, to spend free time in open air

    Comfortable room with comfy beds (additional bed was prepared to our child) and private bathroom. Wi-Fi is fast. Location is easy to find and not noisy during night time. There is a kettle, mineral water, coffee and tea free of charge in a room. Breakfast was super rich and tasty. Highly recommend this place.

    The Hostel is very affordable and is well connected by Tram from Katowice. The Room had 3 beds although I was only using as single occupancy, and hence was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are quite helpful. The food at the piano restaurant was excellent although a bit on the expensive side.
