I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s a beautiful, peaceful palace just 8 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient. The place is spotless, the staff are so friendly, and the rooms are incredibly quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The park on the grounds is gorgeous too. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely stay here every time I’m in Krakow! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was amazing, staff were all fantastic, friendly and attentive, very clean rooms, nice contemporary decor, comfy bed, great swimming pool / spa, netflix on TV, good WiFi, good room service. Very close to tram, short journey into town, we actually walked one day (about 20 mins). Convenient little store 1 min walk from hotel lobby. Provided free charging station for phones which was very useful. Was lovely all round. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend .

Location was amazing, everything was within walking distance. The self check in and self check out was so convenient. We were so delighted to be allowed a later check out too and a space to leave our luggage as we had a late evening flight. I loved the kitchenette we used the fridge and kettle loads. The use of the nespresso coffee machine in the lobby area was a lovely touch.
