I liked this place a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great prices on tours and transportation. The property is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a major dining street, but the area is still mostly quiet. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and well maintained. WiFi is also reliable and fast for the standards of Palawan.

the loveliest place in all of Port Barton. Manuelito is really nice, humble, helpful and a great person. Great location, next to a super breakfast place, wonderful little house with beautiful plants. My only regret is that I couldn't stay more days, but I will definitely come back. La Palapa Inn had so much character and charm and really made me feel like I was in a tropical jungle! It was exceptionally clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the outdoor hut seating areas and all of the decor inside the rooms and on the balcony, including the large display of beautiful plants. The surroundings were also lovely, with locals living nearby and empty spaces where you see into the jungle surrounding. The location was perfect, not too far from the centre but just far enough that it was quiet and homely.

Very clean and nice room. The place was very cosy. Free coffee, bread and bananas available all the time.. Perfect location. 50 meters to the beach and maybe 150 meters from bus terminal. The owner helped us with everything; boat trip, van tickets... And she was so lovely and friendly. They have also laundry service.
