The location is magical and the views breathtaking. The staff are super kind and caring, and the location allows for a peaceful vibe where you wake up surrounded by mountains and nature. We had one of the suites, and the modern style rooms and second floor jacuzzi tub facing the mountains is worth every penny.

We stayed here as part of our vacation to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to get acclimated to the altitude, as it's much lower than Cusco, and explore the Sacred Valley. The staff of the hotel were incredible, and helped us out with so many requests (late night food, returning a key, etc). Breakfast included fresh eggs and avocados plucked straight from their tree. Don't sleep on the Ollantaytambo ruins which are a 5 min walk away!

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good. But what we liked the most is that we felt at home. Jorge helped us arrange all the activities around the area and with the storage of our luggage. It’s very well located, a very short walk to everything.

Perfect simple hotel to experience the town of Ollantaytambo. Clean, quaint, quiet, and great view from the patio. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would stay there again.
As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
Only positive!! Beautiful location (where you can really relax). Great for children too, They have a small garden to play. Clean room, excellent shower and excellent breakfast. Quiet location and friendly owners. Nice town. Highly recommended!!
Antonio and Nicol were super friendly and did recommend some fabulous places for dinner as well as fun things to do in Ollantaytambo (make sure to visit the the archiological sites).
The room was spottless and there was always warm water. Breakfast was veeery good, with fresh juice, tea, coffee, lots of fruits, yoghurt, avocado, bread and eggs at your taste.
When we go back to Ollantaytambo we will stay at Ayllu B&B again for sure :)
Loved this place, beautiful surroundings, close to the center but very quiet. We booked the family apartment and it was very comfortable. It got quite cold at night and they offered a heater. Would come back in a heartbeat!
The staff took such good care of us, our family room had a beautiful view, comfortable beds and cute decour. The family who runs this hotel is very kind and knowledgable about the area. The cat, Puma, was a huge attraction to our kids. The lacation is unbeatable!!!
The hotel is great with very beautiful surroundings. The host (Toni) and his staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Good breakfast and amazing dinners (10/10, prepared by Toni himself). Upon request, the host offers pizza nights as well. Highly recommended. Our family, including our two small children, enjoyed our stay to the fullest
We loved our stay here (family with three children). What made it so nice is Tony, the owner. He is so friendly and helpful. He also made delicious food for us both nights. His pizzas are excellent ( just make sure you ask him in advance to make them). There are also nice common areas where you can relax.
The owner made us feel very welcome and it was a great place to stay as a family on our way to Machu Picchu. The room was comfy and spacious and breakfast was very good. Our children enjoyed the garden and playing with the very friendly puppies and cats!
We had an issue with our family member and we left the hotel with the manager, Mijal, telling us that he would take care of our refund. No issues. We have been in constant communication with him, as he continues to tell us that he will reimburse us, but after a month, he still has not followed through. He will send us messages saying he will take care of it immediately, been then will not respond, and again leaves us without our refund. We have asked him to keep his word and follow-through, but we are still waiting.
