    The place is a villa divided in multiple space with private bathroom. We have been the only guest while it was low season and we enjoyed, during full occupancy I guess would be a bit complex. Staff was not permanently there and doesn't speak English, but we managed . Be careful with small kids while you are on the edge of a cliffs with limited protection, the view is fantastic.

    Big space, and good view! No 4w needed to reach the hotel. Good dinner and breakfast. The staffs are friendly. Hilal drove us to desert, and it was great fun. We had good stay.

    We booked a suite so the room was large, 1 bedroom flat. Unfortunately unlike other suites there is no sofa-bed so you will still have to pay for extra beds. Sofas in the seating room are very long but very slim and uncomfortable so you will not be able to sleep on them. If you are family with 2 children getting 2 rooms will be cheaper and more comfortable.

    Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Super for our family with 3 children. Air condition worked very well. It is close to a big street but we did not hear the noise very loud.

    The owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and the family room was perfect for the adults and two kids. My measure of a good hotel room has always been a good shower, great bed and comfortable temperature. The guest house achieved all three easily. Evening meal and breakfast was available if requested. Ideal location for Ras Al Jinz turtle reserve, which is a 2 min drive away. Good value for money.

    the view from the property is excellent..especially the sunrise....rooms have all the essentials..ac..toiletries.. kettle with tea/coffee.. refrigerator.. we stayed inbrooms with seaview..Good for families with kids. walkable distance to wadi shab...beach is also accessible opposite to the wadi area.. we saw fishes and turtle... please choose rooms with seaview..

    This Hotel has a very nice beach view. It also has good pool for kids & place for them to play. Room was clean and amenities were decent. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly & co-operative. Our family members enjoyed our stay at this resort. We will surely visit again. Highly recommended for other travelers.

    Basic hotel but good option for a family. Really good comfort food restaurant next door. Its not a place to spend time in its a place to drop the bags and go explore. For family with young kids who just need space its good for 1 night
