Sunrise Desert Local Private Camp, hotel in Bidiyah

Set in Bidiyah in the Al Sharqiyah region, Sunrise Desert Local Private Camp features a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

The camp exceeded my expectations. It's situated about 10km far out in the desert and quite far away from other camps. There are only 5 tents at a distance from each other. So this camp is the best if you are looking for a calm and privacy. The surroundings are beautiful! Great spot to watch both for the sunset and sunrise. The host and personnel are very friendly and welcoming. The meals were delicious. The tent is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Even in December it was warm there at night. It was a real pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend!

The done where you can view sunset , the cleanliness of the room and the food! Although the room price does not include dinner, it was overall worth the price of the dinner paid as the food was delicious and good spread. Love the Scandinavian dining room. The night star gazing session over the bond fire at the deck was great

Reception at the end of the village. We parked the car in the safe parking lot. We went to the desert and were surprised by the beautiful place and the wonderful dome where it is quiet and you can watch the stars. We took a trip to watch the sunset, it was beautiful. Camel riding was a perfect experience. Quad biking was beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I recommend trying this one.

We had an amazing day at the camp. Faiz is a great guy, so funny and available. The owner is also lovely. The food is 10/10 and the overall atmosphere is super relaxed and family-like. Much more secluded and intimate that other big camps, totally worth your money.

Family of 4 have a great experience at Clouds Desert Camp. Good location away from city and other camps , friendly staff, delicious food . The tent was big and clean , very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the sunset-sunrise views, the dune bashing, and my kids left very happy with camel ride. Very affordable and acceptable price compared to other camps prices . Thanks, Salem, for a great desert experience. I highly recommend this camp to anyone visiting Oman's Wahiba Sands.

Our stay was wonderful in the sunrise chalet (you get to see the sunrise above the dunes). The outside area is very spacious and includes a swimming pool and a garden terrace. The two separate rooms with one double bed and three single beds are great for a family. Hot tub and billiard too. The activities in the desert (dunes bashing at sunset and camel riding) were very well organised. The manager invited us for a campfire to drink tea and eat corn on the cob. We had a fun time under the stars talking through the evening.

This was one of our best family stays. The entire camp is very family-friendly. It was Christmas, and guys from the hotel prepared breakfast for us in front of our tent to have a real family Christmas morning. This was great! During our 2-day stay, the staff did their best to provide us with anything we asked for camel ride, night in the desert, lunch outside the restaurant and breakfast in front of the tent. This was an example of how accommodation should be run.

This was a truly incredible experience. Rashid treated us like family while me my husband and 2 kids stayed at his camp. If you are looking for an immersive and serene desert experience go here! We enjoyed a camel ride for the sunset and a nice fireplace chat before dinner. The room was very spacious. Our little ones were able to enjoy the swing and run around to their hearts content. Great value for money. Thank you Rashid and family!

It's so cool staying in the middle of the desert! The staff were wonderful – thank you to Faod and all the lovely kitchen staff. Food was plentiful and delicious. The glamping experience was so fun and the bed was really comfortable and we had lots of space. Also, the program they put together for us with the Bedouin camp and dune bashing allowed us to get the full desert experience. Our highlight was meeting all the camels including a baby one!
