Location is a little out of town but only about a short walk away. It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Very spacious room Great shower Loads of kitchen equipment if needed

Although the bedroom was a little dark, it was exceptionally clean and restocked daily. The bed was REALLY comfy - We loved the garden in front of the room. The highlight of the hotel were the staff! All of them. The stand outs were Robyn and Debz on reception. How brilliant they were at pointing us in the right direction, giving us information on the area and the history and SO friendly. Debz was amazing!
