We always have a great room. We were tired when we arrived and the room was quiet so we could relax. With such a great view of the ships and ferries arriving all the time it was an excellent location and we could see what the weather was like without having to leave our room.

From the personalized welcome to the friendly chats
Helens attention to detail was exceptional. The house is lovely and beautifully presented for the Christmas season. Breakfast was top notch, and the nibbles and extras provided in the room were lovely to enjoy after a long day. Access to the hot-tub & the fluffy bathrobe brought it to the next level! Delighted to have found this gem in Pukekoe and I will be returning.

The Cleanliness of the room, the live Orchids in flower, the comfortable Beds
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Will definitely return. There were 6 of us, 2 adults, 4 kids but would also be good for couple or single as the price was really affordable. Child friendly, quiet and well located in the Auckland area with parking.
Comfy beds, strong wifi, nice hot shower with body wash etc. provided. Animals were a nice touch for the kids.
Someone lives upstairs but we never saw or heard from them during our stay. Comms through email were very reliable.
Friendly welcome on arrival. Spacious room with a great sized comfy bed! It was perfect for our family with a small child. The motel took into consideration our toddler when allocating our room and it was no hassle to supply a portacot for him. Room was equipped with 2 heat pumps which kept us warm and cozy all night. Great central location to where we needed to be within Auckland. Great value for money, highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!
So lovely and clean. Fantastic location. Walking distance to the shops beach and playground. Great family stay, even toys and story books for the children. We loved our stay so much. Would definitely recommend for families.
Staff were very accomodating for a last check out and access to pool. The kids were very happy as were we. The 2bdrm apartment was great size and amenities suitable for a family of small and older children. We got this because the family suites were booked and are glad we did.
Cordis is a great option for our family and we continually book here for our visits to Auckland. The price is always affordable for a family and facilities are family friendly. Although rooms are small they are comfortable for a nights stay when you are only using room for sleeping. Kids love the pool.
My family of 7 (kids ages ranging from 5months to 18years) thoroughly enjoyed the big spacious house that each kid had their own bed lol.
Our baby slept soundly in the aircon master bedroom.
Communication with the host was top notch and they were always getting back fast to any queries we had.
Highly recommended for families
Lovely reception manager (a seasoned expert) very welcoming and supportive in relation to family-friendly matters. Manager in bar/restaurant area needs to work on accommodating children dinner needs couldn’t (or wouldn’t) make a kids meal at 5pm for a hungry child. Instead said you need to come back at 5:30pm -not well delivered. All in all housekeeping staff delightful and great pool and comfortable bed. Just needs to return to fully embracing families. Thanks for the stay.
