We came in the winter season, and did not necessarily have high expectations from the pictures, but were pleasantly surprised. The view of the surrounding area was great, food was good (they had 3 dinner options, we tried 2 of them and they were good (even the kids liked it)). Breakfast had tasty bread and options. Rooms were nice and warm, little bit dated interior but clean. Bathroom was small but floorheated and comfortable. Beds were fine.

Family friendly hotel in a superb location. free paddle boats for the kids, can swim in the lake, and nice views all around. The staff were super friendly and relaxed with checkin and checkout times. breakfast was also good, and a healthy start to the day.

We arrived just ahead of a busload of teenage schoolchildren who were staying at the hotel. We were entirely grateful to Benjamin, who checked us in, then showed us to a delightful terrace where he served our dinner so we could eat peacefully away from the dining room full of noisy kids. He then found us the perfect room in the quiet wing of the hotel where we slept soundlessly until 8am A big shout out to Benjamin !!
